My journey
After working as an accountant and executive assistant for 25 years, I was able to discover the real estate profession I had been dreaming of for a few years, by joining a company specializing in charming properties. Over the course of almost six years, I learned to take an inquisitive yet respectful approach to places and people, with their very particular stories, and to provide personalized support for buyers and sellers, as close as possible to their expectations, in life circumstances that can sometimes be complicated. Real estate is first and foremost a story of encounters.

My approach to the profession
Encounters that inspire us, thanks to the testimonies of people who tell us the story of their home, and through the atmosphere, the marks of time in the stone, a year engraved in the keystone, a stone worn by the ring to which the horse was tied, we perceive the soul of the place. It is a thread that guides me in the shots I like to take, taking the time necessary to show the property to its best advantage, so that the charm works on the person who arrives at just the right moment to write the rest of the story.

Our region
If you are planning to come and settle down in Berry, and more particularly in the department of Indre, I would like you to start by discovering writer George Sand's Black Valley, her estate at Nohant, with its romantic interior and garden decorations, the surrounding green countryside of her domain, and the old town of La Châtre; not forgetting the picturesque village of Gargilesse, one of France's most beautiful villages, where George Sand also had a home. It is a countryside I know well and love for its tranquility, its landscapes, and its gastronomy (I can recommend some good restaurants...). It is a great place to live, and I am not just saying that because I was born here. If you still have a bit of time, why not take a trip down the department of Cher, through the potters' village of Les Archers, just outside the village of Le Châtelet, whose history dates back to the 17th century, on your way to the beautiful city of Bourges.

My journey
After a first professional experience, rich in human encounters and cultural projects, the desire to support life projects more broadly presented itself to me. Passionate about decoration and interior design, I took pleasure in my personal life in carrying out real estate projects and designing layouts for old or atypical buildings, in which decoration played a major role. A few years ago, I naturally joined a real estate network specializing in the sale of charming properties, in which I acquired great experience in this real estate specialty.
My professional meeting with Sophie Brillaud initially, then with Mickaël Lefèvre, with whom we share human values and kindness, the taste for perseverance and the passion for this profession, opened the way for me to this new specialized brand in the sale of properties of character.

My approach to the profession
I see the place we live in as an extension of ourselves and have therefore always given it an important place. I love the charm of the old, its beautiful stones, its beams, its rough edges, its little nooks, and crannies which give a soul to these places full of history. I like to discover the history of these properties, but also that of their owners. I immerse myself in their world, I attach particular importance to this discovery which I then transcribe through photographic images and the written presentation of the places. In each sale and acquisition, I strive to provide my support with all kindness.
For me, a real estate transaction is above all a human adventure!

Our region
Berry and the department of Allier are favorite places to find beautiful, charming residences, nestled in lush greenery, or even in towns on a human scale. At the bend of a forest or a body of water, you can make beautiful architectural and cultural discoveries. Along the Jacques Cœur road, you can see, among other things, the magnificent Noirlac Abbey and the castles of Ainay le Vieux and Meillant. There are many other little gems to discover... It is good to live in the heart of France!

My journey
After more than 20 years working in the new-build detached housing sector, I felt a deep need to return to what truly moves me: authenticity, the charm of older properties, architectural diversity, and above all, places that tell a story. I have always been fascinated by older properties: beautiful stonework, a façade weathered by time, a traditional timber frame, a staircase made of stone or solid wood… These details have a soul. Today, I devote myself entirely to selling properties with character, in which I find this rich heritage and emotional resonance. My aim is to showcase them to their full potential, bringing them to life through professional photographs and aerial shots taken by drone, to reveal their beauty, their surroundings and their atmosphere.

My approach to the profession
I firmly believe that every home reflects a life journey. Behind every property project, there is a story to be heard, an atmosphere to be felt, and a legacy to be honoured. My role is to capture this essence and convey it with accuracy, sensitivity and precision.
I take the time to discover each place, to immerse myself in it, and then to present it with care — both in writing and in images.
For me, the quality of the visual presentation is essential. A beautiful home deserves to be presented beautifully: lighting, angles, details, atmosphere… Everything counts when it comes to evoking an emotional response in the prospective buyer.
Beyond the sale itself, I see this profession as a strong human connection, based on trust, listening and kindness.

On a personal level, I mainly work in the Cher and Loiret regions, two departments rich in characterful properties and unspoilt landscapes.

My journey
Having discovered my passion for real estate through my personal experiences, and after many years as an officer in the Ministry of Defense, I naturally decided to launch my own business in this ever-evolving sector, where the incredible people I’ve met have never ceased to amaze me. Curious, persistent, and meticulous by nature, becoming self-employed to bring my vision to life was the obvious choice. With a deep connection to my homeland and its local traditions, I believe it is essential to breathe new life into stone and its history; joining the Pierres & Demeures brand allows me to contribute to this effort.

My approach to the profession
I understand that buying or selling a property means entrusting a part of one’s history to someone else. It’s a profession that demands a deep commitment and a passion for building relationships—the foundation of a trusting partnership. Even though the ultimate goal of our profession is to guide owners and buyers through the transaction, I don’t see myself as a salesperson but as a specialist; I don’t sell a service just to hand it over to someone else. I work alongside you in the field, taking the time to delve into every detail and provide my clients with real added value—from the moment we first view their property through to the closing at the notary’s office.

My journey
With over 30 years of experience in sales—including 13 years as a technical sales representative serving building tradespeople in the construction and renovation sectors—I decided in 2010 to focus my career on historic properties in the Cher region. I am particularly drawn to the charm of historic buildings, the quality of the materials, and the architectural richness of each property. A facade steeped in history, traditional timber framing, a stone staircase, or preserved period features give each property a unique identity.
Today, I specialize in selling character homes, historic residences, and authentic properties by highlighting their unique qualities and heritage value. My goal is to showcase the full potential of each property through a polished presentation that combines professional photography, aerial drone shots, and high-quality marketing materials.

My approach to the profession
I believe that every real estate project is, above all, a human journey. Behind every home lies a story, a life journey, and an emotion that must be understood and conveyed. Convinced that the quality of the presentation is crucial, I pay special attention to the visuals : lighting, views, space, surroundings, and ambiance are carefully curated to evoke emotion and allow prospective buyers to immediately envision themselves living there.
