    My journey
Having discovered my passion for real estate through my personal experiences, and after many years as an officer in the Ministry of Defense, I naturally decided to launch my own business in this ever-evolving sector, where the incredible people I’ve met have never ceased to amaze me. Curious, persistent, and meticulous by nature, becoming self-employed to bring my vision to life was the obvious choice. With a deep connection to my homeland and its local traditions, I believe it is essential to breathe new life into stone and its history; joining the Pierres & Demeures brand allows me to contribute to this effort.

    My approach to the profession

I understand that buying or selling a property means entrusting a part of one’s history to someone else. It’s a profession that demands a deep commitment and a passion for building relationships—the foundation of a trusting partnership. Even though the ultimate goal of our profession is to guide owners and buyers through the transaction, I don’t see myself as a salesperson but as a specialist; I don’t sell a service just to hand it over to someone else. I work alongside you in the field, taking the time to delve into every detail and provide my clients with real added value—from the moment we first view their property through to the closing at the notary’s office.

    Our region

The Berry region is a largely unspoiled and sometimes overlooked area, yet it boasts an extremely advantageous central location that is ideal for family life, second homes, and retirement—a place where life is good and where the cost of living and real estate is affordable for everyone. Its strengths lie precisely in its sense of community, authenticity, open spaces, living heritage, and quality of life. The open landscapes and their sunsets, the wooded countryside, the forests, the ponds, the rural heritage of our villages, the longhouses, and the farms of the Berry region are ideal for a stress-free life, remote work, and simply the desire for authenticity: Saint-Étienne Cathedral in Bourges, Sancerre and Menetou-Salon for their vineyards and rolling hills, the Tronçais Forest—one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe—the Bourges Spring Festival for its cultural vibrancy, and more.

“Berry is all about open spaces, silence, stone, the changing seasons, and a quality of life that has become rare.”
