My journey
After more than 20 years working in the new-build detached housing sector, I felt a deep need to return to what truly moves me: authenticity, the charm of older properties, architectural diversity, and above all, places that tell a story. I have always been fascinated by older properties: beautiful stonework, a façade weathered by time, a traditional timber frame, a staircase made of stone or solid wood… These details have a soul. Today, I devote myself entirely to selling properties with character, in which I find this rich heritage and emotional resonance. My aim is to showcase them to their full potential, bringing them to life through professional photographs and aerial shots taken by drone, to reveal their beauty, their surroundings and their atmosphere.

My approach to the profession
I firmly believe that every home reflects a life journey. Behind every property project, there is a story to be heard, an atmosphere to be felt, and a legacy to be honoured. My role is to capture this essence and convey it with accuracy, sensitivity and precision.
I take the time to discover each place, to immerse myself in it, and then to present it with care — both in writing and in images.
For me, the quality of the visual presentation is essential. A beautiful home deserves to be presented beautifully: lighting, angles, details, atmosphere… Everything counts when it comes to evoking an emotional response in the prospective buyer.
Beyond the sale itself, I see this profession as a strong human connection, based on trust, listening and kindness.

Our region
On a personal level, I mainly work in the Cher and Loiret regions, two departments rich in characterful properties and unspoilt landscapes.
With their rolling countryside, deep forests, charming villages and unassuming heritage, these areas offer a peaceful and authentic way of life — ideal for anyone looking for a home with character.
